2 pockets for cards on each side, can hold few cards each. And middle slot for folded bills (fits once folded US dollars).
 
Originally middle slot designed as you see in photos, but cardholder can be stitched fully around and then you will have regular 3 pockets vertical cardholder.
 
Optimum leather thickness ±1.4mm / 3.5oz
