Finished cardholder measurements are 10.3x6cm 
 
Template has stitching holes marks (4mm step)
There are 3 pockets, each would fit 1-3 cards
 
Optimum leather thickness 1.2-1.4mm / 3-3.5oz but also could be made of thinner leather.
